Local Port Link
Make a link to a server already running on this computer, such as port 3000, for another device on the same Wi-Fi.
Processed locally in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded.
Start the site on this computer first. Another device on the same Wi-Fi can open the link. To send a file you chose, use QR File Share.
Use a 192.168 or 10. address when the browser only shows a .local name.
Limitations
- This does not scan a network, list another computer’s files, or control another device.
- The other device opens the link. The server must accept connections from the network, not only from this computer.
